IACTS SCORE is a two-day orientation program designed for students pursuing residency in cardiothoracic surgery. This is a national effort aimed at acquainting residents about the know-hows of examination patterns, tips and tricks to fare well in the evaluation of their knowledge, skills & competence. 

IACTS SCORE is a national effort of the Indian Association of Cardiovascular-Thoracic Surgeons for the benefit of residents that has been designed with a feedback channel with a platform for students to undergo a mock-examination, evaluate themselves, clear any conceptual lacunae with the help of faculty & peers and gauge their competence to appear for the examination.

In it’s fourth recension, the program draws students from all across the country to prepare themselves better for the challenges ahead. Renowned teaching faculty come down for this boot camp to help students with their conceptual lacunae & provide insights to improve not just their performance in exams but to fare well as cardiothoracic surgeons.

With insightful lectures, interactive sessions, opportunity for case presentations, quizzes, CPB & instrument sessions, this boot camp is a bare necessity for exam-going & prospective residents, in both the M.Ch & DNB tracks.
